Meet Our Staff
Kelsey joined our firm in June 2012 as an assistant in the Bankruptcy Department. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in English from MSU-Bozeman in 2010 and her Paralegal Certificate from MSU-Billings in 2012. In 2018, Kelsey became our firm’s Office Manager.
Sue joined our firm October, 2005 as a Receptionist and assistant to everyone in the firm. Sue has over 30 years of office and customer service experience.
Lindsay joined our firm in 2014 as our Billing Specialist and assistant to everyone in the firm. She has over 10 years of billing and office experience. Lindsay is currently enrolled at Montana State University – Billings where she is majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology.
Amy began in the legal field in 2013, after graduating from Dickinson State University with a degree in Office Administration. She has over two years experience in the legal field, including criminal law. She has over 10 years of customer service experience. Amy joined our firm in October of 2019 as the legal assistant to Andy Patten and Molly Considine.
April joined our firm in September, 1995 as a Paralegal for James A. Patten in the bankruptcy department. She has over 18 years in bankruptcy as well as commercial litigation, collections, and real estate law. April earned an Associates Degree from North Dakota College of Science and received her Paralegal Certificate from the Interstate Business College in Fargo, North Dakota. She is currently a member of the Montana Association of Legal Assistants.
Leanne has over 30 years of legal experience. Leanne obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 1997 and began working at the firm in February, 2003, with Bruce Bekkedahl in the estate planning department. In 2009, she transferred to the bankruptcy department and works as a Paralegal to James A. Patten. Leanne has been a member of the Montana Association of Legal Assistants*Paralegals since 2012.
Deidra began working in the legal field in 2014, after finishing her Associates in Business and Science at MSU-Great Falls. Deidra joined the firm in 2018 as a legal assistant for Bruce Bekkedahl and works in the departments of estate planning, probates and trusts.
Diane is a Paralegal and began with us in 1999 after majoring in accounting and graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from MSU-Bozeman in 1976. Diane works with Bruce Bekkedahl in the areas of estate and trust administration, fiduciary accounting, preparation of estate, gift and fiduciary income tax returns. Prior to working for PPBG, Diane had over twenty years' experience with public, private and governmental accounting entities.
Leonor attended Law School of the Catholic University of Pernambuco in Brazil, and became a Member of The Brazilian Bar Association in September, 1999. In May, 2004, she completed her LL.M. (Masters of Law for International Lawyers) at Temple University, Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Leonor joined us in November, 2012, and works as a Probate Assistant with Bruce Bekkedahl and his staff.
Karrie began her career in the legal field in 2003 working a variety of positions including office administration and accounting and office management . Karrie joined our firm in 2014 as a Paralegal to Scott Green assisting in all aspects of the firm’s civil litigation practice, assisting with residential and commercial real estate transactions, landlord/tenant remedies, collections, statutory and judicial foreclosures, and general business for corporate clients. Karrie’s legal experience includes estate planning, probate, private property rights, real estate transactions, trademarks, and criminal defense on both state and federal levels including appellate proceedings in the Ninth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
Danielle joined our firm in June of 2019 as a paralegal to Scott Green in the departments of collections, civil litigation, general business, corporate and tax court. Prior to working for PPBG, Danielle had over 14 years of experience in the areas of estate planning, business planning, real estate transactions, and probate/trust administration. She is currently a member of the Montana Association of Legal Assistants (MALA).
Phyllis assists Michael F. McGuinness in civil litigation, employment law, collections, water rights, and real estate matters. In 1979, she began working for attorneys in a general practice firm as a legal assistant and bookkeeper, and joined our firm in 2004. She was also employed as branch office assistant with an investment firm for three years. Phyllis obtained her Certificate of Paralegal Studies in 2005 from MSU-Billings. She is a member of Montana Association of Legal Assistants (MALA) and has served on their membership committee.
Tiffany began working in the legal field in 2007, when she volunteered at Montana Legal Services, while going to MSU-Billings to obtain her Paralegal Certificate. Tiffany as well has her Bachelors of Arts from the University of Montana and is a member of the Montana Association of Legal Assistants. She joined our firm in November, 2007 as a Paralegal and works for Daniel Snedigar and Molly Considine in the departments of probate, real estate, estate planning, guardianships and conservatorships, adoptions, and litigation.
Janell began working in the legal field in 1999, after obtaining her Associates degree in Paralegal Studies from National American University in Rapid City, SD. She has over 20 years of legal and customer service experience. She joined our firm in April 2019 as a Legal Assistant to Patrick G. N. Beddow and Daniel L. Snedigar.
Stacey began her legal career in 1992 when she earned her Associate in Applied Science Degree as a Paralegal. In August 2017, she joined Patten, Peterman, Bekkedahl & Green, PLLC, as Patrick G.N. Beddow’s Paralegal, whose practice concentrates in the areas of mineral ownership, oil and gas, title curative, quiet title action, probate, estate planning, trusts, real estate transactions and mineral and agricultural leasing in the States of Montana, North Dakota and Wyoming. Stacey joined Patten, Peterman, Bekkedahl & Green, PLLC, with 25 years of extensive legal experience in various areas of law with her primary focus being in probate, estate planning, real estate transactions and municipal law in the State of Minnesota where she began her legal career. She is currently a member of the Montana Association of Legal Assistants/Paralegals (MALA) and the National Association of Legal Assistants/Paralegals (NALA).
