W. Scott Green practices primarily in the areas of business law, collections, and tax controversy. Prior to private practice, Scott worked as an attorney for the Internal Revenue Service and as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney. Scott has extensive experience in commercial and tax litigation, with numerous jury trials and over forty appearances before the Montana Supreme Court.
