Morgan Elizabeth Tuss practices in the areas of probates, estate planning, transactional, guardian & conservatorships, and state adoptions.

Morgan received her Juris Doctorate from the University of North Dakota School of Law in December 2020, ranking as fourth in her class. Morgan was inducted as a member of the esteemed Order of the Coif. Beginning in the Spring of 2023, Morgan works part-time while she pursues a Dual Master of Laws (L.L.M.) in Estate Planning and Taxation from Golden Gate University School of Law.
While attending law school, she was the president of the law school’s Student Bar Association (SBA) during her second year in addition to being a student representative of SBA for her first and third years. She also participated in the school’s trial team program, in extracurricular mock trial team through her membership with Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity, and as a member of the Minnesota Innocence Project.
Morgan holds both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication Arts and an Associate of Arts degree in Applied Psychology from Montana State University Billings.
Morgan also serves as a Trustee for the New Lawyers Section of the Montana Bar and as a Board Member for the Billings TrailNet. She also owns a small residential rental business.
