Michael F. McGuinness practices primarily in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, water rights, and employment law. 

Mike graduated from Montana State University with honors in 2005 and earned his J.D. from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California in 2010. Mike is licensed in the state and federal courts of Montana and California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mike is a member of the Montana Bar Association, the Yellowstone Area Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
